Welcome to The Sunstone Place. We are pleased to host you in our space. Thank you for choosing us when you have so many places available to spend your precious time! To provide the best possible experience for all guests we do have a few rules. Following these will ensure your stay is wonderful.
CHECK IN
Contactless check in begins at 4:00 p.m. or after on the day of your arrival with the code and instructions provided to you in advance.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 9:00 a.m. Please clean up after yourself. Load and start the dishwasher. Please place all trash in the trash receptacle provided outdoors.
VISITORS
ABSOLUTELY NO VISITORS and NO PARTIES are allowed. Only guests who have been approved at registration may be in the space.
PARKING
Please park all vehicles in the marked Guest Parking area only.
SMOKING
Use the marked OUTDOOR DESIGNATED smoking area near guest parking for all types of smoking and vaping. Use the cigarette disposal container provided. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind indoors. Electric candles are provided. The owner has a sensitive lung condition. We appreciate you following this to a tee.
HOT TUB
Please contact Debbie prior to first use for instructions on closing the lid. No more than six persons in the hot tub at any time.
SAFETY
There are exterior security cameras located at the front door, back patio, designated parking area, the east side of the house, and the designated Airbnb entry door.
No open flame at any time indoors. No lighters, matches, torches, or any other flammable objects indoors.
EMERGENCY exits are marked as the main entrance, the game room, and the master bedroom. Private owner space and maintenance doors are marked and locked. They are not for guest use.
GAME ROOM
BEDDING for the floor beds is available in the cabinet. Please utilize the bedding to keep the mattresses in good condition for all guests.
PINBALL: This is set to free play. Please do not hit, kick, or pound the pinball machine. The button to turn power on is under and behind the right front leg. There is a hole with a button - push it. Lights will come on. Then push the red button on the front. When noises stop, you are ready to play. You get 3 balls per game then push the red button again for a new game. Turn off when done.
AIR HOCKEY: There is a switch on the cord. Turn off when done.
